Our product has been load tested to 15kgs with strip lighting housing pockets
The product has been designed to hold 4 strip light casings and 9 spare bulbs during repair and maintenance on wind turbines.
It has 4 compartments to hold the strip light casings, and in the centre of the compartments it has a storage area for the replacement bulbs.
This equipment is to be used when replacing/installing the strip light casing or bulbs on wind turbines.
It has been designed and developed to lift only the approved strip lighting casing and the bulbs to suit. This product has not been designed to lift sharp objects (other than broken light tubes in the centre storage area for the light tubes).
CylinderSafe has been developed specifically for use when transporting cylinders to the top of the towers.
Three standard sizes are available- standard bag – measuring 1300mm x 350mm in size including a 5mm plastic protection tray at the bottom. ( other sizes available please ask for further information )
The product has been specifically designed to enable technicians to safely and securely carry gas cylinders up towers, without the fear of the cap being damaged during lifting.
Due to the versatilabilty of the product, this can be modified to lift other products i.e. pitch ram for use in towers.
